If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Aigeo provides an AI visibility optimization platform that helps businesses:

• Measure their visibility across AI assistants and answer engines
• Optimize their digital presence for AI-powered search
• Generate structured data and schema markup
• Monitor AI mentions and recommendations
• Access analytics and reporting on AI visibility metrics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• That AI systems will reference or recommend your business

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide notice when possible but are not required to do so.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the Services will meet your requirements or achieve specific results

AI systems are operated by third parties. We cannot guarantee how these systems will interpret, use, or display your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIGEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Actions or decisions made by AI systems based on your information

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aigeo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit through the Services

12. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature in your dashboard.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Services

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@theaigeo.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in the United States.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, not as a class action or collective proceeding.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aigeo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
