Distribution
Content only counts once engines can find it. Distribution is the done-for-you side of the product: you order a placement, send us the copy or a brief, and we publish and report back with links.
It is a per-order purchase, separate from your subscription — nothing here draws on your probe or article allowance.
Channels
Each package lists what’s included, what isn’t, its named outlets, and a delivery estimate for both publication and reporting. Prices are shown in USD in the app and are the ones charged — the catalogue in the app is the single source of truth for both.
The order flow
- Package Choose the tier or social package, and the quantity where one applies. Social packages carry a minimum order, shown on the card.
- Writing Decide who writes the copy. Some packages include research and writing; otherwise you can add journalist writing or copywriting, or supply the finished text yourself.
- Content Either paste the finished release or post copy, or fill in a brief — company, URL, socials, topic, target keywords, who to quote, and any reference material we should read first.
- Overview and checkout A checklist of the three steps, the order summary and the total. Nothing is charged until you continue to payment.
If you supply the release
Press releases go through the outlets’ editorial checks, so the app enforces the constraints those checks apply — a minimum body length and a maximum number of hyperlinks, both counted live as you type. A featured image should be landscape, at least 1200×675, and publicly reachable.
A media contact block is published at the end of the release and is publicly visible. Use a contact you’re happy to have indexed.
If you supply a brief
Give us the topic, three to five target keywords, who should be quoted, and links to anything worth reading first. The more specific the brief, the less editing the draft needs.
After payment
Orders move through a fixed set of states, visible under My orders:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | Checkout wasn’t completed — nothing was charged |
| Paid | Paid and queued; we’re preparing the distribution |
| In progress | Being written and published now |
| Delivered | Published — the links are on the order |
| Could not publish | We couldn’t place it; a refund follows |
| Refunded | Refunded in full |
Published links are listed on the completed order, which is what makes distribution measurable: put those domains next to your Sources tab after the next run and you can see whether engines picked them up.
Custom outlets
If the outlet you want isn’t listed, submit a quote request with the target outlet, its URL, the region, the format you want and your brand URL. Requests are answered with price and feasibility within 48 hours, and are tracked under Quote requests in My orders.
Choosing what to order
| Panel signal | Likely fit |
|---|---|
| Authority Media dominates cited sources, you’re absent | A media release tier |
| User Consensus dominates — Reddit threads decide your category | Reddit posts or comments |
| A B2B category where LinkedIn keeps surfacing | LinkedIn performance package |
| One specific publication cited across every engine | A tier-1 quote request for that outlet |
Read the sources breakdown before ordering. Distribution is most effective aimed at the bucket that is already deciding your answers, and least effective spread evenly across all three.
